Disaster Response

When a disaster strikes, BGR is not far away. Working through our expert staff, local partners and trained volunteers, we provide food, water, shelter, medical help, and hope to those who have experienced life-devastating disaster events.

A 6.5-magnitude earthquake hit the city of Aceh, Indonesia, on Wednesday, Dec. 7. Reports indicate the damage was isolated and contained. The government also worked quickly to address needs. As a result, BGR is not planning a response at this time. However, please continue praying for the families affected. And, if you would like to help the survivors of other disasters, you may give to our disaster response fund.
