Pray for young women escaping human trafficking

Girls who experience human trafficking live in fear and isolation, but through BGR partners in one South Asian country, many of them are now sharing a meal in a community of survivors. Partners have established a home where girls can start a path toward healing and restoration through access to programs, resources, and a loving environment.

Even when a young girl escapes the horror of human trafficking, her pain isn’t immediately over. It takes patience and courage to seek hope each day. The home helps her in that journey by addressing all her needs, including physical, emotional, educational, social, relational, and spiritual. The team of caregivers shows Christ’s love and character as they care for these women and help them move forward in their journey toward freedom.

Pray the women working to recover from severe trauma will find healing and peace.
Pray the home will quickly receive the renewal of their license to operate by the government.
Pray the newest team members will grow in their roles and responsibilities, build up the women, and help them discover who they are in Christ.
Pray God will raise up a new administrator with the heart and skills for this role since the home must comply with many legal requirements.
