Earthquake Strikes Indonesia

Disaster Response | Print

A 5.5 magnitude earthquake struck near the island of Lombok in Indonesia on Saturday, March 16. So far, there are several reports of injuries and at least two fatalities. BGR partners have been in the area since last August responding to a larger earthquake that left over 300 people dead. At this time, our partners are safe and doing all they can to respond to the needs around them from this most recent earthquake.

Please pray that our partners be given strength and peace as they show compassion, minister to those who are still traumatized from last year’s earthquake. Your financial support will help ensure that these broken people will have a chance to rebuild their lives as they have been shaken to the ground yet again. Please support these efforts today.
